Ingredients
  

  • Greek yogurt (2 cups)
  • Honey (1 tablespoon)
  • Mixed berries (1/2 cup)
  • Almonds sliced (1/4 cup)
  • Chickpeas canned (3 cans)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Everything bagel seasoning (1 teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Deli turkey sliced (8 slices)
  • Avocado (1)
  • Cheddar cheese (4 slices)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cottage cheese (2 cups)
  • Granola (1 cup)
  • Canned tuna chunk light (2 cans)
  • Greek yogurt (1/4 cup)
  • Celery diced (2 tablespoons)
  • Dijon mustard (1 tablespoon)
  • Lemon (1/2)
  • Cucumbers large (2)

Instructions
 

  • Greek Yogurt Bark: Line sheet pan with parchment. Spread 2 cups Greek yogurt evenly. Drizzle 1 tablespoon honey, scatter 1/2 cup berries and 1/4 cup almonds. Add sea salt. Freeze 3 hours or overnight. Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
  • Chickpea Roast: Drain and rinse 3 cans chickpeas, pat dry completely. Toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and sea salt. Spread on sheet pan in single layer. Roast at 400°F for 25-28 minutes, shaking halfway through. Cool completely before storing.
  • Turkey Roll-Ups: Lay out 1 slice deli turkey. Spread thin layer of mashed avocado along one edge. Place thin slice cheddar cheese on top. Add salt and cracked pepper. Roll tightly and wrap in plastic wrap or parchment. Refrigerate.
  • Cottage Cheese Bowls: Divide 2 cups cottage cheese into 4 containers. Drizzle 1/2 teaspoon honey into each. Top with 1/4 cup granola and handful of berries per bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Tuna Salad Boats: Drain 2 cans tuna. Mix with 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons diced celery, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and juice from 1/2 lemon. Halve 2 large cucumbers lengthwise and scoop center slightly. Spoon tuna salad into cucumber halves. Cover and refrigerate.
